RAILWAY MEDICAL SERVICE RECRUITMENT (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2016
PREAMBLE
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Railway Medical Service Recruitment Rules, 2000, namely:-
Rule 1 - RULE 1
(1) These rules may be called the Railway Medical Service Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Rule 2 - RULE 2
In the Railway Medical Service Recruitment Rules, 2000, in Schedule-I, against the post of Divisional Medical Officer/Senior Medical Officer, in Column 8, under the heading "Essential", in item (iii), for the words "and two years' experience", the words "or two years' experience" shall be substituted.
